This month we have two new Monthly Online Groups to tell you about, as we continue shaping our new programme for the Autumn.
KUNDALINI MEDITATION
BEGINS TUES.25TH AUGUST
7.30 - 10 PM, COST £10, EVERY 4TH TUESDAY.
Kundalini Meditation is a powerful method of energy raising, creating an accelerated spiritual development, heightened awareness and understanding of the self, and many more personal and spiritual benefits.

It is vital that this technique is practiced safely, so progress is made slowly, carefully and steadily. Guidance and support is given throughout.
Use is made of Isochronic Beats, to establish and enhance the trance state used in our Kundalini Meditation.
Numbers are strictly limited for this Group and will be allocated first-come, first-served.

TAROT READING GROUP
BEGINS 6TH OCTOBER
7.30 - 10 PM, COST £10, EVERY 1ST TUESDAY.
This Group gives you the chance to give and receive a Tarot Reading, with mentoring by Steve, who has 40 years' experience to draw on.
There is no distinction between 'Beginner' or 'Advanced' and only a basic Tarot knowledge is required to attend. Using a number of different Tarot Reading methods and 'Spreads', each participant contributes to Readings, with input, suggestions and guidance from Steve.
Any Tarot deck you have is suitable and/or Oracle Decks.
This Groups offers you the chance to gain practice in giving genuine Tarot Readings in a safe and supported environment, learning from others as you go. Whether you wish to read professionally, for friends or just for fun, this is the place to develop, improve and enhance your knowledge, skill and delivery of a Tarot Reading.

MONTHLY ONLINE GROUP PROGRAMME STUFF!
There are other Monthly Groups that are available - please see below for the full programme. All Groups take place via Skype from 'The Hermitage', our online home.. Times are 7.30 - 10pm, UK time.
There is a sliding scale of charges, starting with £10 for one Group per month, so that the more you do each month, the cheaper they are!
FREE MOON MEDITATIONS
We have just added our latest free Moon Meditation for you to enjoy, on the theme of Harvesting. Previous New and Full Moon Meditations will remain available for a time as well.
There is a donations box available for these. This is not compulsory, but any contributions are very much appreciated.
